Jason Dy sang “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran on The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 which aired Saturday night, January 31, 2015.
Jason is one of the shoo-ins for the title because of his wonderful voice. As a matter of fact, I think the finale belongs to him and Daryl Ong. However, I think his rendition of the Ed Sheeran monster hit last night was over the top. There are lots of unnecessary runs that kinda disturbed me.
Nevertheless, it’s still one of the most-applauded of the night and I still want to hear him sing.
