Deniece Cornejo denied Vhong Navarro’s claim that they had oral sex during their “first date” at the infamous Fort condo last January 17.
In an interview by ANC, the lawyer of Deniece Cornejo is contradicting Vhong Navarro’s affidavit with the National Bureau of Investigation claiming that his client and the “It’s Showtime” host haven’t committed oral sex on January 17, five days before the assault happened.
“That is not true, even if pinagmamalaking may nangyari si Vhong. Baka to him, in his mind, gusto niyang may mangyari. But really, nothing happened,” Atty. Howard Calleja told ANC.
“At sabihin na natin, for the sake of argument, may nangyari, but if you say no on the second time, a no is a no. Rape is rape,” the lawyer added.
Cornejo together with Cedrick Lee and six others are facing six criminal charges: serious physical injuries, grave threat, grave coercion, unlawful arrest, blackmail, and serious illegal detention.
